- Registration and access to the website:
Before being able to register property and make use of the CRM provided by the website or even effectively save property listings that you are interested in, you will need to register and log in to homesinmalta.com. To do this you must provide contact details and agree to our terms of use and privacy policy. You must also be at least eighteen years old. Failure to provide accurate details may result in the suspension or termination of your account without a refund in part or in whole.
- Use of services on the website:
On creating an account and choosing a package to be able to list property:
3.1 You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the info added to your listings.
3.2 Your listing data is private to you and you should ensure that your log-in details are kept confidential to ensure this.
3.3 Homesinmalta.com shall not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account
3.4 Your property listing will be published to the site after being vetted by an administrator to approve the standard of data and images.
3.5 You agree to remove your listing once it is sold or rented.
3.6 The duration of the listing on the website depends on the package you have chosen.
3.7 You allow homesinmalta.com to promote your listing directly or together with other listings on other channels as part of a marketing plan.
3.8 Each listing should include only one property unless the property is being sold as one block.
3.9 The search results rank listings in random order and we have no control over which listings come first
3.10 Featured and paid premium listing come up first on search results.
3.11 Buyers and renters can communicate directly with property owners or agents.
3.12 Once a package is purchased, no refunds can be given in whole or in part.
3.13 Website users can contact us directly for any help in uploading a property.
3.14 Users of the website are prohibited from posting any copyrighted material and should communicate with all website users in a proper fashion.
3.15 You should not misrepresent yourself as another person or entity, send or transmit any unsolicited material, or any material that contains viruses which may be harmful to the system or its users.
3.16 Users should not engage in any illegal activity or post any false or misleading information.
- Liability Limitation:
4.1 Users of this website agree to use the system at their own risk. The systems and their contents are provided as available for use without warranties of any kind.
4.2 Homesinmalta.com reserves the right to terminate your membership without refund and to involve the appropriate authorities if necessary, for any breach of these terms and is not required to provide you with any prior notice
4.3 By using the system you agree to waive any claims you may have against homesinmalta.com with regards to any action taken against you to suspend or close your account on finding that a violation of these terms has occurred.
